Ingredients: Flour - 500 g
Water - 300 ml
Salt
Stuffing: Potato - 600 g
Butter - 50 - 70 g
Cheese - 150 g
Chives - 50 - 70 g
Salt, black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for lubrication 120 - 150 ml
The famous, old, time-tested recipe is prepared easily, simply, it turns out very tasty. We prepare the dough from flour, water and salt, divide into 5 parts, roll a little diameter of 15 - 20 cm and leave for 10 minutes in oil as shown in the video recipe. Any filling, we have mashed potatoes with cheese and green onions.
The dough is very well and subtly stretched out like a cobweb, put it on one edge and place the filling, wrap it very lightly in a roll and fold three times as in the video, similarly with all parts of the dough, grease the baked pastry with beaten yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds. We send it to the oven for 35 - 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, after which we get layered and crispy pastries and to make it soft, leave it under a napkin for 15 - 20 minutes and our pastries are ready for tea.
