But LGBTQ Indians can't actually get married though because it's not legal. There's no way for them to even have a civil partnership.

No they cannot because the Indian constitution recognises marriage only under religion. No religion in India accepts queer marriages.

Up uniform civil code doesn't include lgbt. In fact govt argued passionately against same sex marriage!

As like many of my gay Indian peers, we voted for anyone but the B✓P All those false stats that we support them are a creation of their PR team, as well as their bought t₹olls who'll come for me in the comments section. 😂😂😂 Congress wanted to pass marriage bill into the Parliament, knocked down by the BJP and this time in their manifesto they openly supported it . I casted in favor of them.
