I one hundred percent understand hak when he says he clung tightly to childish ways because of a lost essence of childhood....also the release of aggression for guys like us, i think those issues go hand and hand

Use SM58s for the podcast as well as live. You don't need to use condenser microphones for the live spoken interviews
