WILD. This Packard is a 1949 - 1950 Series 23. The 1948 Series 22 sedans and coupes had smaller, more squared-off back windows. Packard also offered a woody station car--Parkard's name for a station wagon. The junior 1948 convertibles went on sale in 1947. The 1948s that were not sold in 1948 were sold in 1949 and are known as the early 23rd series Packards but only their ID tags were updated.

We have had three Packards, one of the best cars ever made. Inline 327 in the last two, hauled ass and drove better than a Caddy or Lincoln. Initially had early post war what had a hood that pivoted from either side, found out by mistake it had a four speed 😊
