This distinguished gathering, titled 'Remembering Benedict XVI: Life, Teaching, Legacy,' convenes scholars, experts, and close associates of the late Pope Benedict XVI to reflect on his indelible contributions to the Church. Held in the Benedict XVI Hall, Campo Santo Teutonico, Vatican, on December 30-31, this event offers a comprehensive evaluation of his ecclesiastical legacy.
Archbishop Georg Gaenswein imparting insights into the final period of Benedict XVI's life and his ongoing legacy.
Organized in partnership with EWTN, the Fundatio Christiana Virtus Association, and the Joseph Ratzinger-Benedict XVI Vatican Foundation, this conference represents a significant collaborative effort to honor a pivotal figure in contemporary religious history.

His English is very-very good! Think that except his native language, he fluently speaks Italian, Latin. Don’t know if he speaks Spanish too! That man is doing great!👏

The Relationship between Pope Benedict and Archbishop Ganswein is like that of a Father and Son.They had Friendship,Understanding,Love, Etc..Pope Paul V1 was the Acting Secretary of State under Pope Pius X11.They had Friendship,Understanding,Love,Etc. as well. Our Lord Jesus works in Wondrous Ways.❤️🙏🏻❤️

Benedict covered up sexual abuse of children by priests. Francis is loving and accepting. Very clear who is and isn't good.

I was a NYF adopted by a man named Joseph Katzinger who came to NY alone at the age of seventeen in 1928. He came from the same place as Benedict in Germany. They were exactly alike. It was MY opinion that Benedict decided to resign upon learning he could not even trust his butler . THEN you know you are engulfed in enemy territory. Best to get out .... saving the papacy ANY his soul. Good move. Yes. He, my dad, was JUST like Ratzinger ..... odd the Church chose my father .......an immigrant from Germany to father a native NY Irish Catholic orphan of St.elizabeth seton
