To me, actors like Ahmed Ali Akbar and Bilal Abbas Khan are the true gems in the industry. Those who chose their works meticulously and carefully. Those who, as Amna said, don’t have that “beichani” to prove themselves. Those who throw themselves into a character and project and make it completely unique. Those are the real talents! We don’t see them everywhere all the time, but when we do, we know it is going to be epic ❤

You can't fake goodness, this interview felt like old interviews when people were real and innocent. This guy has a very calming aura!

What a thoughtful, beautiful soul. It’s been such a. Pleasure watching him grow up and evolve as a person and as an actor. Btw I often rewatch his romantic drama yeh raha dil ❤❤. About “chemistry”, the raha dil has two scenes that are probably the most romantic on TV. One is when zaki and Yumnas character are standing outside. They are both holding a pile. He gently slides his hand down on hers and essentially confesses his feelings. Another one is at his own engagement when she grabs his hand and confesses. He asks her if she has feelings for him and she stars crying and nods. Sooo iconic

This was such a good watch....loved listening to Ahmed, and honestly he has come such a long way, im a huge fan and so proud of him. In the end he mentioned how Parizaad took a toll on him, and honestly, I could see it with his limited public appearances then, how he would avoid most media, and at some award function he didn't even walk the red carpet, it seemed like he was so anxious. Good on him that he took the time and space to recover and resolve this and So good to see him now, much more relaxed and comfortable. Also want to mention, how I love how he talks about Yumna, and this has always been the case, remember a clip from the red carpet at some award where yumna was wearing red. Truly a gentlemen, always very generous and genuine with his praise for her. They need to do a rom-com asap,

A much much awaited interview, couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the thumbnail, you guys made my day, so comforting, rewatchable interview, Aamna did a great job, she asked every thing that we wanted to know and was soothing for our ears to hear, especially about "Ahna" and their chemistry, regarding his instagram posts which I was suspicious whether she will ask or not, she was incredible, well done, looking forward to more such interviews.

I’m not sure if Gunjal will be released overseas but I hope it will eventually get on Netflix! I watched you first in Ehed E Wafa and loved you since then and marathoned almost all your older shows. I thoroughly enjoyed your chemistry with Yumna in all the shows you did together. Yeh Raha Dil was the first show of both of yours I watched and I have watched it many times as a comfort show. The chemistry both of you had in the simple hand-touching rooftop scene and the confession scene where Hayat speechlessly admits she has feelings for you are my top favourite scenes..that kind of chemistry is so rare to find in pak dramas. I cannot wait to see both of you together in a drama that does justice to both of your crafts. While I absolutely love AhNa, I also loved your pairing with Sajal in Mera Yaar Mila De although I hated the ending. I cannot believe you guys didn't do a project together after that. One humble request, like Amna said we look forward to your work because we know the project will have some merit and I hope you will continue to do projects with a good body of work and not some formulaic commercial drama with toxic male characters. Yumna has a great chemistry with both Zahid & Wahaj. But Yumna & Ahmed together are Elite. I feel Ahmed is more of a Hamza & Fawad kind of artist. Their life isn't on SM & they don't work in every other project but the day they come out of their shells every eye is on them. Ahmed will surely get there in his time but he gives the same vibe.
