My planche progress since I started training from zero strength at 16 years old until I finally got my full planche at 17 years old. (street workout & calisthenics motivation) 2015 - 2016. This progression shows that everything is possible with daily consistency.

Hey #PlancheGang🔥 The PERFECT Planche Workout For Beginners video is finally out! (Link in Description). Instead of doing a tutorial like thousands of others on KZfaq I decided to compile the most effective planche exercises that I USED TO DO AS A BEGINNER and put them into a very versatile routine method which I've been using over the years. For all of you who are stuck, say less!
@RayBulb

For all those arrogant people who are claiming they have a perfect form full planche, and my planche doesn't deserve to be called a planche it is clear that you didn't listen to the video. In the beginning of the video I made a very important point clear. "This video is meant to motivate any of you who is in the planche journey or haven't started yet". I didn't do this video to claim that I have a perfect full planche nor did I do it to show off my planche skills. I'm showing my progress from absolute zero to full planche in one year, in means of motivating people by showing DAILY CONSISTENCY. EVEN if the form is not good, the progress is very impressive and it has motivated 186 people to start training and believe in hard work. Another sign that you didn't really listen to the video, I CLEARLY mentioned that I started planche training at "Mid 2015" that is 3 years back and the end result is from 2 years back, before most of you blind, form-diggers even knew what planche meant. So the planche that you are pointing at is from 2 years ago, after only 1 year of training. Plus, if you had perfect form full planche Itell me why did you click on this video?

@@NECROMANCER20 excatly, and i wonder how people can think that's a full planche. And @luis G. if u think that most of the us "hating" can't do anything ourselves u must be dumb, because it's the opposite. I know how a planche should look like. I bet he just got overexcited and decided to make the video, but he should have waited till he actually achieved it. And if u dont believe me, then u r more than welcome to check my instagram @nikolajmitrofanov, i do full maltese and full planche is basic for me.

awsome video, good job. I have been trying planche on and off, tried both to failure routine as well as the strength way of only trying it for 5s holds. Did not get to much progression. Should i go to "failure" daily training how many many break days u take on this training
@RayBulb
@RayBulb 6 жыл бұрын
Do a big volume training, If you're for example training straddle planche and can do only 3 seconds of it, do this straddle attempt throughout your day with long rest periods. But dont burn down to advance and then to tuck because in my experience they only make you more fatigued for the next day of training. You want to train everyday, low intensity like one or two attempts at a time and like 10 of these throughout the day. Thats the best progression in my experience because its easier for your body to adapt to the movement instead of just reaching for failure in a short period of time and needing to take rest days.

Nice planche your got there man just some questions before starting with tuck planche variation did your do some planche leans or not as the first question?. Second how do your keep the elbows straight when leaning forward i am trying currently to find the balance point which means hips in line with shoulders horizontal line. And question number three is how long of a duration would your advice me to build up in planche leans tucks before moving to advanced tuck then straddle. Like the golden 5 x 30 sec rule or 4 x 40 sec or 6 x 30 sec or as the last one 5 x 40 sec i mean really long durations or not?.
@RayBulb
@RayBulb 4 жыл бұрын
1. Yes, leans are crucial before attempting tuck 2. Rotate ur elbows forward, biceps facing forward n focus on putting the most strain on ur biceps, this will develop u a strong straight arm strength 3. B.S. just advance to the next progression whenever u feel ur ready. 30 sec tuck planche is never going to give you 3 second advanced tuck. The only way is to keep on attempting the harder progressions every now and then

Question: did you do any other workout except workout for planche? I mean did you do base like pull ups and dips or you did only planche?
@RayBulb
@RayBulb 6 жыл бұрын
Of course, before training planche I was already one year into calisthenics. Training basics, when I started planche training I left basics for a while because I wanted to focus on one thing. But still worked out sets and reps every now and then. Not dips because I didnt have a dip bar. Mainly pushups and pullups

Hey :) Very motivating video here ! I just have a question, during your trainings and when you perform the planche, do you feel some kind of pain in the forearms ? Not a muscular pain but more of a "bone" or "tissu" pain ? Thanks
@RayBulb

Yes, planche training is a forearm killer especially planche leans. But that pain is completely normal. If it goes after a minute or something it only means that your forearms are getting stronger.
