Hi sir, if I use multi/sub-object to assign the material and then how do I use uvw map for other IDs?

The same way as you would normally do, you can "Bake" each uvw map by selecting poligons, placing the mapping and collapsing then moving to the next part or you can use UVW map channels.

I prefer using 3ds Max, but software that might be good to get you started would be Blender :)
