Today I'm taking you inside Dezerland in Orlando, Florida to see one of the biggest James Bond collections in the world. This is the second time I've seen the collection, but the first time in its new home. (Previously housed in Miami). It's a must see if you're in that neck of the woods.
The staff are pleasant, there is plenty of activities to do outside of the museum itself such as go carts, bowling, cinema etc.

ete, once again! Thanks very much for sharing the joys of Bond in Florida, found this video interesting. I had no idea they had that many vehicles from the Bond Films?? One can only assume that they are the original vehicles...Love the Triumph Stag from Diamonds!!! Although one thing stood out.....Lack of enthusiasm from the mannequins, and a feeling that it might have lacked a certain ambience. Not that you can tell from a video or from where i'm sitting ( Large Orange create box ) Still, I love your warmth, passion, zest and fervour for all things Bond....Thanks as always to both you and Mrs B Cheers Pete The bloke from Del Monte

Thanks Dave. Most of the cars are just replicas / screen accurate vehicles. There are some that are from the film and those are marked. Personally it was just great to see some of these classics like the AMC Hornet and the Vantage.

Been there, done that! It's a super impressive collection to rival any Bond-in-Motion exhibit and the non Bond collection is just as impressive. However, I'm not sureI believe them in how many of the vehicles are actually screen used.

Agreed Alex, yes I think it could all do with an audio commentary. Even Anastasia suggested that.

i went here in 2022, and have been to the original museum in Miami years ago. It does seem to be a bit more developed since I was there. I thought it had some rough edges. It is good to see the vehicles, and so many of them, though most probably not film used. Did you try their martini?

Hi Michael. Yes I saw the Miami version too. I was hoping to see a few more additions but it's really the setting and the bar that's made this more of a destination. The cars that are screen used are labeled and there's only a couple. Didn't try their Martini sadly

It was a fun experience. There is so little Bond activity in Florida unless you head down to the Keys. For Bond fans that might be a bit jaded with theme parks for kids, this was a nice discovery.
