Don’t worry my knees are fine! Front Squats to start off an arm day?! So I’m trying to keep a high leg volume with my current program and front squats are effective training not just for legs but also to help strengthen my mid to upper back! Also since I can go lighter with front squats I still have plenty of energy left for an arm session!
