I thought in Sxin's second round he was saying: Concentrate, Fall down.

17:10 sxin is actually using mk1. The error was that when silent recording the bass for the second drop, he forgot to turn the volume up on the line6. So when he played the track, nothing happened. Then when he recorded it live, he turned the volume up higher so that it would hit. But because of this it ended up being too loud when it replayed (I'm guessing he had the track volume at 200 intentionally, and was meant to record it at a lower volume.) Which is why yoh see him spinning the knob like crazy right after. (Pause)

Sxin’s second round is the only loop round I’ve looked up on Spotify after this GBB. It left the best lasting impression on me from the whole competition. It’s also among the ones I’ve shown the most to other people. Also, he’s saying “Concentrate. Slow down.” You hear it better on the Spotify release

Have to mention how much Ray's beetbox has improved. Shall we all expect some rap beatboxing combination in future releases of yours'? As well, some feat with Indicator would be exciting to hear. Overall, glad to see this content and how musicality could escalate to different levels of a simple rapper (no mean). Keep it growing, huge love from Ukraine

I guess it is in the ear of the beholder. I heard “Concentrate, fall down” also I love the type of music in Sxins second round cause it’s like always rising in intensity. And then it finishes in a way that doesn’t really fall off but still rises.

Sxin reacted to the mistake in round 1 with Chezame. As far as I remember, Sxin said that he had forgotten to turn up the input or output Nob. That's why the drop part wasn't recorded.

Honestly, regarding to the genre of frosty's round 1, I would say its a colour bass trap mix, because of the synthie melodic sound it sounds kinda like colour bass and the drums do sound like trap yea, so kind of a mix between colour bass and trap

Sxin actually didn't plan out more than 2 rounds for the gbb so he let frosty go second and decide what rounds he wanted to do at the competition as frosty was ofc better prepared.

I think the extra 10 seconds is for the possibility of a mistake while recording. Like let's say u mess up ur kick and u need to record it again, u now have the extra 10s to finish the track without cutting it a few seconds too short because of a minor mistake

You can't get that gear anymore it used to be in the merch store for Sxin and Chezame i believe oni-chans apparel. But alas they are no longer together.

They changed to 3:40 for gbb23 instead of 3:00 for creative liberty as some genres are faster to produce

Though frosty is a beast, won this and had a great battle. I really think both Sxins tracks are amazing (and could be extended to some outstanding tracks), his round and this battle are truly under appreciated and you could, and I do listen to them on a regular basis. Also Bizkit Vs Mirsa has just dropped from GBB 2023. Can’t wait to see you react to this and hear what a you think of Bizkit’s bars in the second round 😮
