Frozen Sans Rival
The layers of this cake is made of buttercream and cashew nut wafer. Buttercream is made of egg yolks, sugar and butter. But in this video we will add cream and because this recipe is no bake instead of using wafer we will use graham crackers. This recipe is very easy and delicious and you will want this in every occasion.
Ingredients:
500ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup margarine, softened but firm to touch
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup toasted cashew nuts, chopped
250g graham crackers(more if needed)
egg-sugar mixture:
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup white sugar
Toppings:
cashew nuts(toasted)
