4 cups ap flour
2 heaping tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp salt
2 cups warm water
Let dough rest for 30 minutes

Oh yum! Going to try this with the King Arthur Measure for Measure GF AP flour. I used to get the Navajo Tacos all the time at the Pow Wow in Cabazon. Loved mine with the beans, lettuce, and cheese.
