Hey! Here I am in 2024 today is literally 1 week post opt and yesterday i over did it and feeling pain in the belly button 🙃 that incision (i have 4) was the one that bothered me the most. I also been sleeping on recliner even though my bed is on the same floor but its too high to get in....how are you feeling today?

❤️❤️❤️ I hope the pain goes away ASAP! Take it easy. I remember when I over did it and had to sat dow somewhere lol. I wish you a speedy recovery. As of today I’m fine. Girl I’m currently trying to drop a few lbs smh 🤦🏾‍♀️. It took a while but I gained all my weight back. And I eat whatever I want now. No issues. Most of the time I forget I don’t have a gallbladder lol. I do take a enzyme with mostly every meal. And take different liver detox supplements and teas every now and then. The biggest change was in my skin. Which is so weird. It’s super sensitive now. I only can oil cleanse. Can’t use the same products on my face as I did before. The main thing I would suggest is taking a enzyme with big meals. I try not to eat a lot of dairy (I breakout now if I do) or super fatty fried foods. Girl I said try lol cuz I still do but not like I use to . It took a while but I started to feel “normal “ again.

Hi may I ask has the cholesterol ring around your iris gone out of your eye ? And did you have fatty liver? I have gallbladder polyps and I'm losing muscle in my legs and thighs also have cholesterol in my eyes,,hope you are well and thanks for sharing ❤❤

I went and got everything checked. My doctor told me my cholesterol was fine. And when I went to get my eyes checked he told me it wasn’t from cholesterol. He gave me a name for it but I don’t remember it. He said it has to do with the white part fading into the iris. And some ppl just have it. I definitely want a second opinion because the ring has gotten bigger.
