Appreciate your son’s service/families sacrifice! My daughter and son in law are in Jacksonville as well. He’s at Lejeune or one of those bases connected as well in a training unit. Getting ready to reenlist for the third time. Safe travels out there Steve!

Hi Steve greetings from gothenburg on the lovely swedish west coast a small tip to make it easier for you is to get a wheel knob for Orwell i have always had one in the trucks i drive and it makes it easier for your shoulders butt i drive a hook loader ( lastväxlare in swedish )

I tried that same ax throwing and its not as easy as one thinks. I couldn't even get the ax to stick to the board; you did a pretty good job!

Just traveled down 64 east through Hampton VA (on 6/2/24) and the Hampton Roads Bridge tunnel entering and exiting roads are darn near impassible for anything under a mini car. I don't expect you will need to use it in your travels but if you are headed anywhere near the southside of Hampton Roads, please use the Monitor Merrimac bridge tunnel.

On 64E through Hampton Roads bridge tunnel it’s easy to get through the tunnel but west it a very tight 13’6” check your height because you will get stopped going out on I64west. I would use 664 and go around this way. The tunnels and US13 Chesapeake Bay bridge is also 13’6” and if going southbound checking the height is a very good idea and not get a fine and half to go back up and around to i95 south Virginia is a ticket looking for you.

That's good u and Matt got to spend time together eat a good steak and throw axes. That's what me and Jesse like to do but that place got shutdown due to illegal stuff happening there. I was shocked hearing about it and reading it online. Jesse was like dam. Me and Jesse likes to go bowling all the time. And Jesse always get's strikes or spares. And he loves playing pool for $$$$ he can play left or right handed easy. He has won so many games at tournaments. We always haul all kind's of tractor's all the time. That is why we like lowboy's with fold down ramp's.

Your rollers under the front of the trailer when you hitched up don't revolve no more! They can ovalise/wear on the inside and had them sheer off on a trailer that had sat for quite a while as not an often used trailer so never got lot's of TLC! one day they reversed up under it and bang it broke up causing quite a few issues!

Amazes me FAX is still a thing in 2024. Last time I used that nonsense was late 90s, maybe very early 2000s. Everything in my world is digital nowadays. Even if I need something on paper,whoever has the doc sends a pdf in email or dumps a file on a Nextcloud server... I'll print that on an ordinary printer from my iPhone/iPad no driver BS needed.

Since the engine doesn't have an ecm, I don't think it has cruise control.

Mechanical throttle lock. Knob close to dash, it'll have a red release in center. You can use your foot and use release to rough set, outer knob clockwise to fine tune where you want it. 2nd choice, broom/mop handle

Early In the video, you talked about your son Matt being a U.S. Marine. In one of your Live Videos that you did from yours and Jen's apartment, I saw enough of a picture of someone who I honestly believed to be a current active duty US Marine and suspected Matt is that Marine. When you take the time to set up cameras, record, review, edit, and you have good footage, you use it... whenever you can. (it's a big time sink to do all that, while trying to do all the "Normal" things in life)
