Reminds me of the man who's statue is at the front of the stadium and who the field is named after. Coach Norvell is young, excitable and these past 12 days has brought this old Nole back to life. Funny to think that all u said in ure post was how Coach Bowden went about his business AND, Coach Norvell just simply took that mold and applied it.....Without EVER working with the Legend. Love the way he owns the interview room too. The shot he took on his way out tonight was also very reminiscent to the Legend. Man, I've already forgotten about 2020 and 2021. Thank you Coach Norvell. Here's hoping you continue to solidify FSU and bring the aura back from near death. My God those young men play hard for you sir.

He is wining with characters, guts, and incredible resolution. He has this team believing like no other coach has done in a long Time. He flipped the locker , changed the culture. THAT is why we can win with 3 star players that were extremely well evaluated and playing like 4 or 5 stars.

Not gonna lie, I almost got in my truck and drove to the nearest dark road to scream at the top of my lungs "whyyyyy!" thinking the same thing.....it was all over for another decade. Might as well sit here amongst all these jerks as they laugh and rub it in (who I love dearly, even tho I'm the only Nole in the family)Nope! From top to bottom, everybody on that team stepped up tonight. Now, unfortunately, I live with Alabama fans, like the whole family except for my poor brother the Auburn fan and am also from Alabama but born In Tennessee (long story short, I lived 1.5 hours from Tally, 2.5 from auburn and 4.5 from Tuscaloosa, hence, closer and just more fun) so, as u could possibly imagine, I was reliving 2017 all over again. But u know what? Coach Norvell, his staff and this FSU team just shut that down quick like. Don't know why, but something made me go to the fridge, grab a beer, relax for a minute, and watch another Classic game in the making instead of just accepting fate. That beer never tasted so good. 👌 Go Noles! P.S. same Alabama fans told me if I have to get this excited about beating Louisville then it's already over. Yeah, this win feels better and better now. Don't worry guys, I shot back Louisiana Monroe won the last time they played Alabama. Lol. Never seen so many people start googling so fast in my life. Then I sipped the beer loudly.

We may see very soon that Coach Norvell utilized the transfer portal the way it is supposed to be used, and other teams will try to mimic it. His success in the portal thus year just builds our future recruiting back to the beast it was. He's not shopping for NIL players, he's freaking CREATING them. It’s like 12 hours minimum for a bus trip. Just not worth it for a Friday night game between unranked teams. I challenge you to find another band in the country that does that trip on a regular basis (non bowl game). Chiefs have traveled to Notre Dame before because that’s like a bucket list experience, not a conference game in Louisville. I do wish they would send the band to some of the games in North Carolina that are a few hours closer and have more history, but the budget just hasn’t been there to travel further than Clemson.

What made the running game go was the passing combo of Tate and Johnny. Tate's passing ability is what set up the run but they also should have run more in the first half - just not on 1st down all the time because it's too predictable.
