Disagree … he didn't disclose during the plea deal that HE was to KILL Dan Markel a month prior in JUNE 2014. But, instead furthered his plea deal by stating HE doesn't kill people, never had and wouldn't kill nobody over some kids (for the JULY 2014 murder). But, apparently he WOULD kill somebody over some kids just a month or so prior. And, although he was PAID for this CRIME and KNOWS the ADELSON'S made that payment he still points the finger at Magbanua but, can give no specifics or evidence to support that claim. And, may be protecting Jessica and her involvement or just knowledge of HIS crime & prior involvement. Jessica 'found' the money …. Rivera admits in plea deal he told her not to touch it. Is there any evidence that Katie was paid? (No) Any evidence that she is aware of a payment? (No) Any evidence that she is even aware of Garcia's alleged payment? (No) Where was her cellphone ping when she contacted Rivera looking for Garcia; the father of her children? What side of town? Wasn't she with Charlie the night before the homicide? Or, did she go home? And, her friend continued to care for the kids over night because so late. Did Charlie attempt to set Magbanua up the way Wendi set up Jeffrey? Where was Katie's cell phone pings over the next few hours? Did it EVER ping at Jessica's house? Certainly it would have …. if ever even there. But, yet this evidence wasn't presented during all of those long and drawn out cell phone forensics. Correct? And, why is Rivera so vague about the remainder of the alleged 100K. He's very clear he received 35K for 'driving' and that Garcia received 40K for 'shooting'. But, when asked about Magbanua's alleged portion (which would be exactly 25K if he can add/subtract) he just states …. Oh, Magbanua she got the 'rest' of the money? He doesn't know? Or, it didn't happen. Maybe? Or, did Jessica get paid …. and Rivera claims 'her money' deposited was from him …. for their kids. So, Jessica didn't get paid the 'rest'? Later Rivera claims he and Garcia split the money (75K) 50/50. That Garcia gave him an extra $2,500.00 from the money (they) received. Is there proof 100K was ever paid? To these three individuals; including Magbanua? (No) What about a different go between? Jeffrey was set up to look guilty via Wendi's angle …. might Magbanua have also been set up via Charlie's angle. And, neither Adelson cared which angle police chased down. Because in their minds; from their perception, they believed any investigations would lead to a dead end … as those people were not involved in anything. PERHAPS. [Unless, Magbanua was approached by Charlie and never told Charlie that Garcia was asked and never told Garcia who it was for? And, ALSO enlisted Rivera in JUNE 2014 without any contact made with Rivera?] *All while knowing there is a connection between Charlie and Rivera …. because of drugs. Not to mention could Katie have thought that any money that exchanged hands; presuming she's even aware, was because of a drug pick up for … Charlie … by Rivera (and or Garcia)? Just to be sure. Difficult to say …. when someone is SO inconsistent with their statements. Selective memory. But, he sure remembers …. "I think Dan Markel was on the phone that day". Even through the alcohol and cocaine frenzied murder. One thing is clear …. Garcia is madly head over heels for Katie …. and he never once attempted or even talked about ….. shooting Charlie. Not even after being paid 40K. Who is King Anthony (King Tu)? What is his relationship to King Tato (Rivera)? And, why is King Anthony dead - murdered? When did that happen? And, had King Tu ever been to Tallahassee before …. with or without River (or Garcia)? And, had he ever had any contact with the Adelson's? And, if so … what year? 2013 or 2014? Just to be clear.
