Thank you for the video. I needed reminded about not to chew but to "park" the gum. This is my second time trying to quit smoking. Not giving up yet!! I know that with support and helpful videos and reminders that I will be successful.

The gum: i needed that reminder to not chew it regularly , but think of a chew as activation.
