I can definitely record a clip for you while I'm out shooting a different video later, but if you hit the menu button and go to the wrench icon, all you need to do is select “button/dial setting” and from that submenu, function (FN) setting. There you'll see which buttons are customizable and what can be assigned to them. Keep in mind that on this camera, since it'll save your video and photo settings separately, you'll have to assign different buttons for photo ISO and video ISO if you want both of them to be shortcuts. It's a mouthful, but if work ends when it's supposed to today (😒) I'll screen record it for you and link it back here.

Tuner with Kids yeah, the file sizes are typically for anything that shoots at 100mbits. I feel like storage hasn't kept up because I have hard drives full of old media and eventually need a RAID or something.

Pre amp is very high in xt200 go to settings and keep external mic setting to -20 or -22 db ..... internal mic you can keep on default

Man, the only good camera apps belong to Ricoh and Panasonic, lol. I'd use it for image transfers but wouldn't count on it for remote shutter release from too far away.

The XT3 kills the XT200 for video, so that definitely won't solve your problem. I shoot all of my professional work with the X-T3. The digital IS is ok, but I leave it off. Is OIS turned on for the 18-55? I think it only has 1.5 stops of stabilization, so it's going to be a bit jerky unless you practice good handheld video habits, namely trying to keep 3 points of contact, holding it close to your body (or one hand on the lens and the other on the body, which is my personal preference), and staying as wide as possible to get the shot you want. Any idea if that's an area you need to improve on a bit? It took me a long time to realize I needed to change how I was shooting video to get that to stop happening.

@@omarknowsphotos thanks for the info. I had a gh5 a few years ago and loved it for the ibis but I only do writing directing and don’t film anything. This camera is solely for capturing family moments. I am not the greatest at handheld especially when chasing a 1 1/2 year old. Maybe I should unsteady try that cheap 15-45 lens?

@@chrisgronau1857 i personally think their best video lens is the 16-80. Not super fast but the 6 stops of stabilization wasn't a marketing gimmick. I really do need to do a long term review on it, I've been using it since it came out almost a year ago now.

I'm guessing maybe you're shooting with the image/exposure preview setting turned off in the menu? It's either that or you're on full auto and not exposing in the right area. Are you in manual mode or one of the Auto modes when this happens?

The answer varies based on use. Are you going to be doing the shooting or is this going to be a self-shot beauty vlog? If it's self-shot, then the X-T200 wins easily. It has a selfie screen, and the best one in the industry at the moment. If you're doing the shooting, the X-T30 has a ton of pro features and will result in better image quality. There's an inexpensive selfie screen option for it that I'll try to do a video on this week, but it's pretty small.

Base ISO is 400 on this camera, there is no 100

Iloilo South VILLARUEL Vince Jerard J Go the the menu and under the set-up options, you select button configuration and set it from there. Keep in mind that you need to select MOVIE ISO, because the regular ISO is just for photos.

Hi guys, sorry for the late response here. So it turned out to actually be a mix. When I was just recording the screen without the actual record button pressed, it automatically send the signal out in 1080p. The thing is that Fuji's 1080p even on the bayer sensor, is one one of the best 1080p cameras out there. It scales up really well and is pretty flexible for being (what I assume is) 100mbits/s. Unrelated but I don't think that number is standardizes because 100mbits/s falls apart pretty quickly on my Sony cameras.
