Honda Super Cub C100
This is the first generation of the Cub lineage.
Steve McQueen (1966 C50) also rode the Super Cub.
The great thing about the Super Cub's design is that even after 66 years, the basic design has remained unchanged.
In Japan, 50cc motorcycles will disappear from the market due to stricter exhaust gas regulations.
The 50cc Cub, which has been in production since 1958, will also be discontinued.
The quality of "Fujimi" motorcycle model Spokes
It's really amazing!
The quality is such that I would think it was printed using a 3D printer.
The spoke thickness is 0.5mm.
If you try hard, you can cut it down to 0.4mm.
Separate spokes from Tamiya and Aoshima are good, but Fujimi's spokes are better in terms of thinness.
This time, I replaced only the spokes of the rear wheel with 0.4mm stainless steel spring wire and compared it with the front wheel that came with the kit, but I couldn't tell any difference.
On the other hand, I thought it would be better not to replace it because it could be painted.
Making
The frame and engine are one part, and are assembled by gluing the left and right parts together, but the actual car is also made by gluing pressed left and right parts together, so processing the seams is not a pain.
The detail-up area is almost invisible with the leg shield,

Stuffed pig toy (I originally made a living pig, but it ended up being a stuffed toy.)
I had made a McQueen face for the figure, but it ended up being an animal face, so I decided to make it a dog face.
Painting
I painted super cub in red and ecru color based on the advertisement (You Meet The Nicest People) for super Cub exported to America.
The base paint was lacquer paint, and then enamel paint was added over it to add light and shade.
I added inking to make the light and shade clear and painted it like an American advertisement.

Honda has motorcycles with animal motifs such as DAX, monkey, and gorilla, so I would like to make them together with figurine with animal faces.
