$260 away from being a 6 figure consignment Poshmark seller. I told myself that when I hit 6 figures I would start a You Tube channel to share how to sell on consignment with others. The first half of the year was good for me. My sales increased 5 out of the first 6. I'm changing things up a bit as far as what I'm selling. I love selling jeans/pants, so I'm focusing more on those and how I source them. I will still sell shirts, sweaters and shoes, but I have stricter guidelines for those items. I'm trying to purge old inventory. Soon, it will get donated, I'm moving forward and don't want the older, not so great buys hanging around taking up space. I just had my 1 year anniversary, and I feel like I'm starting to hit my groove and fine tuning all my processes and things feel like they are coming together. It has taken time, but slow and steady wins the race! 🦋

Thank you on your video about about ending your old listings & use sell by similar. I had been doing that but never scroll to end to see start day . Wow , I had 6 pages of listings from oct , Nov , Dec , 2023 listings. I finally ended most except a few . I started selling the old listings. I have increased or lower prices & changed lots from priority to ground advantage. I have sold more since I changed to eBay shipping prices . I just sold a new woman swimsuit a hr ago from a $10 less offer . My goal is to sell off my late mom’s estate items + my collections . So far I have 1100 items in my eBay store

My January and February were great but I got a double lung transplant on February 29th and I am still trying to get better. I just took my store off of vacation mode and have sold a few things. I have 1850 listed but haven't been well enough to list.😊

Wow! What a blessing you received! Organ donation (liver) saved my boyfriend's son's life about a year ago and a life-long friend's life about 3 years ago (heart). Wonderful that you are back at it in just 4 months' time. Sending you well wishes for continued recovery!

I'm trying to get a grip on reselling. It's a real struggle. I feel like I never have enough time. I'm a new grandma (watch my gs once a week) , and still have 2 teens myself. They keep me very busy. I did clear out all my old inventory I realized I don't want to sell. I donated 100s of books, dvds, and vhs tapes and about 15 bags of clothes. I need to refocus.

My eBay store has taken a dip but also the only reason is bc in the past 3 months I probably only list 40 listings per Month. I’m at 3-4K a month in sales for now. I do use your fulfillment center I only have like 300 items with you. You & your team are doing a wonderful job shipping some of those sales. I can’t wait to hear about your update for the fulfillment part of it. I hope to also start getting back on track and ramping up my listings in July!

Just getting started back but so far so good. Went from 0-300 items and 2 to 3 sales per day in about 60 days plus working a full time job. Hope to start cutting back on my full time job by Jan. Hope to be full time by the end of 2025. Have been busy building out a 8.5x24ft enclosed race car trailer for my first warehouse. Thanks for all of your help.

First half of 2024 has been okay, down about 19% from last year but our average price per item is up to approx $41. I took alot of vacations during that time and some other things were happening, right now first half I am at around $125,000 which is disappointing to me but it is slowly going up, now we are now in full listing mode and ramping up listings for the 4th quarter. We source at auctions and being in Western NY the live auctions ramp up around May so we are in the full swing of sourcing! Can not wait for this second half

I am trying to get back up to 200 listings. I am not doing well. I am probably going to lose my top seller status. Yet, I have a house full product. This sounds like something that could make a huge difference for me.

Did not start listing still May. I sell vintage jewelry and other items like clothing, electronics, pottery. I do promoted at 2%. I try to post 5 items everyday but you know if I don't feel like it I don't. I have 112 items on ebay with an ASP of $37.00 of what has sold which is 21 items during that time. I have a fulltime job working at a school till I retire in two years. Just trying to get the ball rolling. I do extra promotions and drop prices when needed. So much inventory I had to cut myself off from buying. Love the videos.

My year is not as good but it has nothing to do with eBay. I have been traveling too much and not listing enough. Death pile of clothing growing. Decided to liquidate all toys, shoes, and electronics. Not good at selling these items. Will focus on household knick knacks because they are fun and mens clothing.

I started adding more listings and sure enough I sold had an increase in sales . Thing is I tried to sell and cross list on Poshmark and I've only sold one thing I don't know what I'm doing wrong on that platform.

We are currently expanding into a new location and there will be video content. We just start accepting fulfillment inventory 3 months ago in March/April. We will post content from the building in the near future.

ebay is on the verge of breaking. Several sellers in my area gave up and liquidated. Same story. Selling costs are too high. Sales dropped off the cliff. Product is more expensive. And lets not forget shipping costs. For the first time ever we are buying supplies from Amazon sellers because ebay is getting too expensive.
