Our Manager gave us gift cards for Christmas one year, so sad those that went to use these ended up with nothing. The cards money had already been used. Someone used my gift card to shop at a grocery store in Vegas. Due to this, I no longer purchase gift cards. Called the gift card 1800 number to report, and just no customer service.

Do we still have to set our own prices? I feel like sometimes my prices might be too high and price research usually takes the longest for me.
@RockstarFlipperКүн бұрын
Yes.. WE WILL NOT set prices. We have no idea what you paid, how much you are willing to accept, if you will take lower offers etc. We did it once, and priced a sweater at $50 and it sold and the lady literally threatening to sue us because she said it should have sold for $70.... In reality $70 was to high, but neither here nor there, never again

These kinds of thieves are making it bad for all the Honest Sellers. Also, so many brick and mortar retailers are closing their doors in many communities because the thieves work for these kinds of people to steal the items from stores such as Target, Macy, CVS, Lululemon, etc... All the States need to implement a very robust Anti-Retail left Law as Florida did this past April 2024.

They obviously aren't going to put this in the article to tip off future thieves, but the sets must have been discretely marked in some way to identify them. Lego sets don't have unique serial numbers and there's no way they just walked in and just took all of his stock, because the cheapest strip mall lawyer on the planet would get that case thrown out in 10 minutes.

Theft rings are being enabled and thriving since retail employees are pretty much restricted from intervening for fear of violence and/or liability...its ridiculous! Living in Portland, I have seen people just walk out the store untouched. Once I was in Target and someone just walked out the back door emergency exit...setting off the alarm (since technically I guess they can't lock that door being an emergency exit. Targets and Walmarts shutting down, pretty soon we will all be shopping online...

There was a guy in Delaware that got caught for failing to pay his employees social security for $1.2 million. He got 21 months. A drop in the bucket for his time spent since he was driving around in luxury & living in luxury. Hopefully this guy gets the max 25 years. Its just shameful the crap people do.

21 months and probably gets a few months at least knocked off for good behavior call it 18 months maybe 16... so a year and half for 1.2 million... still not worth it for me, but i can see why

Just another reason why the 80's were great. No store cameras or detectors as you walk out the door and you could go in to any store and change price stickers before they started scanning bar codes.
