Does the RA trigger group affect the ware on the bolt?

@@jazzhandsparten It wont, since like oem the roller on the hammer is the only one touching the bolt. Oem roller is also steel like the ratechs.

@@vitorcardoso8875 cara, eu consegui resolver esse defeito usinando um pouco o os "encaixes" que ele apresentou no vídeo nos 04:06, mas é um provisório, pq é uma peça que sofre certo desgaste, vai conseguir jogar por mais um tempo assim, mas logo vai voltar a apresentar o mesmo problema, recomendo fazer, e em ja comprar um hammer set de aço, comprei o meu na Evike, também aproveitei e comprei um nozzle de alumínio para o meu rifle, que no caso é um G36 da WE, caso precise de alguma ajuda, me manda um e-mail, que posso tentar te ajudar. I am currently trying to get the Z-parts trigger group to work in the RA-Tech box... it works fine in the stock box but not so much RA-Tech haha. I suspect its the Delayer/Valve Locker being off-spec, might drop the stock one in.

@@ErgonomicChair Yah, I personally don't see the point of getting the ra tech box. i've ran the steel trigger in my stock box for a few years now, and never had a problem with the box itself breaking. It seemed to me it would just add weight to the rifle

@@dpchief_216 It's aboot 100 grams. I was trying to fix a double firing issue and full auto issue that cropped up in my MSK. Full Auto loses a lot of power in the follow up shots and every now and then it would double fire. I'm goign to try and get the RA Tech box to work... but them making the valve locker out of spec is just bizzare. I am trying to get an answer from them why. If I can get them to send me a second locker for free, I'll try and alter it down. I think... it's the issue right now. Until then I'll jus trun the RA Tech trigger and hammer evne though its going to just chew the shit out of the bolt carrier. The Z-parts trigger is beautiful and the hammer has a roller. The tridder is moved back further on the trigger bar, and it's longer too. It's so much better than the RA or Stock which are the same location. They actually designed it so the trigger is in the 100% ccorrect location.

Yes I agree that material would solve it.

I don't buy new guns since there are plenty of good second hand ones on the market. Therefore, I cannot tell you. Just buy the parts now and you're good to go.

Thanks! Yes, you can just replace the 2 parts (hammer and trigger). No need to replace the whole trigger box.

I sanded off some material inside of the trigger box that makes it fire full auto. So now it's semi only gun which results in higher limits on some fields nearby.

Hi, this has been a well know issue. Sometimes it's not an easy fix. What I do however is shimming the bolt catch's side wobble with regular gear shims. This could help.

I replaced my stock triggerbox with RA-Tech steel box, works like a charm, it also feels so much snappier to pull the trigger now, it's a bit expensive, but worth it in the long run

did you find a solution? i recently got a Well AK74, was thinking about replacing the whole trigger assembly with RA-Tech steel parts, also do you have an NPAS valve in your gun? for some reason my NPAS valve blocks the gas, so only the bolt moves, but the BB's stay in the hopup chamber, the stock nozzle valve works fine, so i've changed back to it

Are you talking about the trigger not resetting after each shot, so that you kinda have to flick it forward to reset? If this is your issue, I also had the same thing happen after replacing with steel trigger group. My fix: i shimmed a few layers of credit card plastic underneath where the trigger springs rest on the bottom of the box. Basically put more tension on the trigger springs (one shim on each side).

You have no other option than to continue filing. If it doesnt help, just order a new part.

Josef Mucha I removed the firing pin delay(silver piece with spring) and it works a lot better.it has me puzzled.im going to continue filing the trigger part and hope it comes back to life.lol thanks for the fast reply.

No. Some parts are compatible but not the trigger box shell and not the trigger itself. The whole trigger box is not compatible.

I would say they are. Molds are expensive, no reason to make them different.

Josef Mucha I agree with you there. I’ve seen a few people say they aren’t the same and I just want to check before I spend $50 on it haha

what do you mean with sticky trigger? if you mean that it doesnt reset (you have to push the trigger manually), then in that case you need to file down the hook of the sear a tiny bit (dont do too much). or you could increase the tension of the trigger springs.

@@berndmaier915 i was thinking in buy a WE M16A3 and upgrade it with a RA Tech trigger box, mapple bucking and stay with the standard WE bolt and nozzel, but now, i don't know with i should buy the RA TECH trigger, cuz it wouldn't avoid the problem

@@paulovitor9388 it seems the problem is unavoidable so I'd say use the we trigger till it breaks and then buy a ra tech

i know this is late but i had the same problem. you just need to bend the trigger reset springs so they apply more pressure.

Shim under the trigger springs on either side, where it rests on the tabs of the trigger box. Basically giving it more tension. I had same issue and this fixed it.

Check out RA-Tech, they sell a steel trigger set for WE GBBR's

It will most likely work for years. Assuming it works in the first place. Never tried it as it's not necessary if you have spare parts.

full auto sear won't solve it. It's the hammer and trigger.

Inspect valve locker (delayer) on the right side if the trigger box. It's silver and shiny. It might be broken in half. If not, I woukd change the hammer spring. It might be too weak to knock the valve all the way.

@@JosefMucha100 could you just bend the hammer spring slightly to increase pressure? i had an issue with the trigger staying stuck to the rear after being pulled, and i did this to the trigger spring to fix the issue
