I hope you enjoy this new Full Body Barre & Pilates Workout. All you need is a mat and a chair (or anything you can hold on to).
This workout combines barre and pilates exercises to add variety to your workout routine and to target all your muscles through small isometric movements. We will strengthen and sculpt our legs and glutes in the Barre section of class and then work on our strong core and abdominals to finish.
Get ready for 35 minutes of muscle shaking and burning fun! 🔥😊

This is my number one go-to class for days I can't get out for a run or ride. I love Nicole's gentle reminders throughout to not arch your back, to bend knees, etc. She's such a pro. Thank you!

W(OW!) Such a great class, I'm sweating. Just completed as a part of February 2024 WEEK 1. I feel so strong with every class, and as someone who has taken studio barre classes, all the movement and terminology was spot on. Wow! As an ex-professional dancer and now active dance teacher with a lot of Pilates experience, i find it hard to find classes that challenge me the entire time! All your classes challenge me so much and this one was no exception! Loved it! Thank you so much

Is there anyone else who came here for a nice and chilled ballet workout and died after the first set of exercise.?😅🥵 I was burning, I was shaking and sweating so much like during HIIT workout.💦 It’s an EFFECTIVE one, felt so good.🧘🏻‍♀️(at least it was a little chill at the end 😂)

This was my first Barre classe! GIRL, my body is on FIRE. This is more challenging than I would of thought. Also it was my first session with you, looking forward to more 😊 For those interested, FITBIT > 37MI PILATES > 227 CAL > 35min in active zone.

I just got my wisdom teeth out less than a week ago so I have not been able to do any working out, needless to say I have been going insane from not moving at all! This was perfect, it definitely made me sweat so much but was still gentle enough to do even though I still have pain. Thank you Nicole! Before my wisdom teeth removal, I was doing your pilates videos every single day. You're amazing and your voice is so calming, I love it!! Hi Nicole, I have a torn labrum and hip dysplasia and have been unable to do most workouts without serious pain afterwards but your workouts are allowing me to become strong again without any pain at all. Im loving your videos and really enjoying getting back into working out. ❤

Sweaty and shaky was right! But this was so good. I used to hate exercise, it was such a chore, but Nicole your videos have really changed my outlook on it as you're so supportive throughout and now I just love it. I've been regularly doing your workouts, around 5 times a week for the last 6 months or so, and I feel so much stronger and healthier. You are literally the best!

I have been hesitant to start start standing classes my spine is scoliotic which basically means I am permanently twisted and lopsided with my hips at different levels. I am currently exploring pressing through the outside edges of my feet to lift my arches. This assists scooping up my abdominals which in turn helps to relax my chest and as Nicole emphasises, to lower my my ribs toward my hips which i find very difficult. This new standing practice enabled me to find the muscle groups that burn and shake in the long plea series in this class. Glutes are many layered, Today in the week I became 62, with this class, I found some new ones.

Dear Nicole, your workouts are simply amazing: just-the-right-amount-of-challenge sequences, after which you enjoy a nice burn all over the body, but don't die of fatigue, beautiful and logical transitions, your encouraging and intelligent manner, your lines... I discovered your channel 2 weeks ago after starting an online pilates course, and I can't live a single day now without your exercises. My favourites are your 40+minutes workouts, but I tried today this Pilates Barre sequence and then next ABS and core sequence, and it worked just great. Thank you sooo much for those inspiring and gentle guidelines! My body has already become stronger and, hopefully, will get more sculpted in future

I simply love this barre and pilates combo - smooth flow and sequence define it. How I wish you can add extra 10 - 15 minutes yoga for the cool down to make it an hour class. So, it will be a 3 in 1 combo. Many thanks again for sharing!

I did 18 minutes and some seconds and thought I would cry or fall on my face, so I had to stop. Whew. Might have been the hardest physical thing ever.

I love this one. I told my boyfriend that I love Pilates with Nicole, especially when I am doing a beautiful ballet circle with my arm to distract myself from the fire that may very well be going on down below. :) I sometimes spent 2 to 3 hours with you, a day, because you are so soothing, and yet, you also are difficult and produce results. I feel my ability to do the movements with better form, increasing. Thank you. Definitely my go to channel now. I'm glad the gyms shut, so I could find this.

I’ have a gym membership and attended Pilates, barre and yoga classes on a regular basis until the global crisis hit. Searched for a good substitute and found your channel.
