Enjoy this 20 Minute Full Body HIIT Workout with Warm Up & Cool Down included. You can do this workout anywhere and anytime, no equipment needed. A mixture of Low Impact and Higher Impact variations will be provided so that you can choose the intensity of your workout, making it perfect for everyone! Remember to listen to your body, taking the variations that feel good for you and most importantly...have fun! :)

I really love how this workout was relaxed but still made me sweaty. A lot of the HIIT workouts I see on KZfaq are very high energy and in your face, which I love some days. But this one is prefect for days when I'm feeling low energy but still want to work up a sweat.

You pretty much encapsulated what I was thinking today. I do a HIIT with some other provider and though I love the high energy of their HIIT workouts, today I was feeling for a HITT workout but with less of a tempo.

My body wasn't really feeling like wanting to workout so when I saw HIIT in the caption I was like oh man... I'm not doing this... But then I pushed myself and it was the wisest thing to do because even your HIIT sessions are so calming and relaxing!! I literally felt every muscle in my body working out without being left exhausted!! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

In the beginning I didn't think this was gonna cut it as HIIT... oh boy I WAS WRONG! Thank you for a HIIT workout that is challenging enough but doesn't leave you wanting to run away from every single HIIT routine in the future!

I'd love similar classes, yet with less invasive soundtrack. Being a person with both ADHD and Autism, that has been making me struggle, rather than helping doing the exercises and reaching through the end of class: these kinds of soundtrack raise mental fatigue, since my brain starts doing extra work to decode and coordinate every input in a coherent way. It then gets nearly impossible for me to keeping a good posture, focusing on my breath and pairing it with every movement, while following your instructions throughout all the different exercises, if I also have to deal with extra inputs such as rhythmically intense and loud music. I really enjoy the tone of your voice 'though, which I finde both soothing and motivating: sometimes I keep on listening to it even after finishing class. I would appreciate even workouts without any other added sound, but I do understand that for many people it is fundamental...maybe a half way solution could be find by changing the genre and volume ?❤ Thank you for your job anyways! You're my favorite instructor on KZfaq and I am sincerely grateful for your contents and positive attitude. As other women among your followers, I've been recovering from an Eating disorder and your videos are the only one that make me focus on lively feelings rather than obsessive thoughts. They're helping me in reshaping an healthy body-mind relationship.

Love your HIIT Pilates fusion workout. Times flies by while my muscles are working hard to keep up with you. I find 20-30 minutes 6 days a week works better for me rather than full hour classes 2-3 times a week. Great class, thank you!

Hi Nicole, I definitely need to add more low impact HIIT workouts to my exercise routine so I would love it if you would continue to add more of these to your channel. I continue to use your wonderful workouts several times each week (alternating with my yoga practice) and I find the combination of Pilates, Barre and HIIT to be fantastic! I am determined to gain more strength and your videos are a key part of my strength training routines. THANK YOU SO MUCH for creating such fantastic videos. Having different time frames really helps - 10, 15/20, 30 min segments - based on how much time we have to do a workout on any given day. I keep coming back to this workout! I can't do the squats because of a knee issue so I compensate with knee lifts but other than that its prefect! Love it!

This workout made me sweat, which is a good thing! I am 62 and have not gone back to the gym. I just had my yearly physical and my cholesterol was up a bit. My Dr. suggested that was because a lack of cardio. I know this workout got my heart rate up. I actually paired it with your other 10 min. HIIT. I love your channel and I am glad I can get my cardio here, too.Thank you!

I've done all of Nicoles other videos and was afraid to try this HIIT work out but I loved it! Finally a HIIT work out that makes you feel energized and not fatigued/exhausted/out of shape.

An idea just popped in my head so thought I will share it with you Nicole. What would be cool to have is a couple of videos that would be called “Add on”, 10 mins long max. The idea is if you want to make your workout slightly more challenging, or you feel like you could push yourself a little harder but you don’t want to necessarily start a new full workout, you could just pick the “add on”. Hope it makes sense.

Thank you so much for this. HIIT is the only way I can control my blood sugar (it works better than weight lifting or cardio.) I love getting my core worked out while I get my mandatory 3x a week of HIIT.

This HIT workout was brilliant. I enjoyed Nicole‘s workout as much as all her other Pilates classes. Even my husband joined in - I didn‘t tell him that this was actually a HIT workout. He coped very well.

I am new to your channel! These workouts are hard which is great but there also so gentle on my joints. I don't feel like I'm beating up my body but instead giving it love and helping it become stronger.
