Archangels gives 200 health, ROA gives base 400 heath, and 5 stacks of ROA is another 100. That's 700 bonus Health. Doran's ring is +70 health. Dark seal is +40. That's another 110 health. This Taliyah probably doesn't even have Legend: bloodline as one of her precision runes, if she did that could be another 100 extra bonus health. you're looking at nearly a 1000 health there. Seeing as neither Prowler's nor Youmuu's give health then it isn't hard to see that they have similar amounts of health. This is lethality Sion after all.

Before RoA it wasn’t so bad, as most mage items only gave 100-200 HP max which is respectable. But now they have a mythic that gives more health than every tank items excluding Warmogs and Heartsteel lmfao

@@RiverNunu Why is it bad that mages can build tankier? There are AD options that can sacrifice damage for health, why shouldn't there be AP ones. Admittedly I think ROA should have it's AP significantly reduced, but that's a balance issue. Mages have never had a "health" item, other than crown, which really doesn't count. Also, actual tank items have resistances included as well, which have significantly more effect on perceived tankiness. You can have 3000 health as a mage and still get one shot by just about everything.

@@DanielRBW There aren’t many AD options that sacrifice AD for HP, the only real option is BC which is almost melee-exclusive anyway (Titanic Hydra doesn’t count, the AD scales with HP, you’d need to build HP for it to functions). Legit half the mage’s items have HP built into it, and so are every mage’s mythics too. And you know what’s the problem? Mage items NEED to give HP, otherwise battlemage and AP bruiser wouldn’t function, but if they do then ranged mages would just abuse the fuck out of it anyway. Mage as a whole feels like a balancing nightmare lmao
