I prefer the longer format; my body feels more like it has been doing a sustained workout rather than a playlist sequence. Thank you for doing this one. I hope you will do some more of them!

I'm 63 years old. I've been doing chair yoga and walking on the treadmill a couple of times a week for the past year. I just recently starting doing some of your chair exercise videos. They are perfect for me!

This was a fantastic workout Mike. I prefer longer workouts like these so it feels like I put some real work in. PLEASE do more of these longer workouts for Seniors. Mike just made my life easier with a terrific 40 minute workout, now I don't have to piece together 3 or 4 of his shorter routines for our exercise classes, great work keeping us oldies moving

Good ole Aussies; they ALWAYS hit the mark. I lived there for 23 years and miss it terribly! Every health professional I saw was, almost without exception, absolutely sterling! I was getting extremely down as, because of heart problems and big weight gain during lockdowns felt was getting nowhere, then my son got your exercise programme up on my Ipad. Thankyou hardly expresses how grateful I am. Am feeling so much better already. THANKS

Thank you so much for doing these! My mom is 94, it's been a struggle trying to get her to move at all, so the seated exercises are just about right. We took a class at the local Senior Center called "A Matter of Balance", which was really good but involved too much standing for her. This way, she watches her game shows for a couple of hours, then I pull these up and she tends to follow along (grumbling a bit under her breath of course).

I'm 82 and recently found this and really like it, Mike, but can't lift legs up yet but will persevere. I do your leg, core, stretches, hip and lower back videos most days ((at least 2 of them every day). I love the constant encouragement, the counting and the reminders-'keep that upright posture' etc. I hear your voice saying that when I slouch at the laptop. Thanks Mike. Your videos are incredible and have helped me to walk without a stick (inside the house) something I haven't been able to do for 4 years since my fall. This workout is one of my favorites. It has the perfect timing as I feel I am workingout with my whole body! Love these longer ones! Thanks Mike! You have changed my body from the time I´ve started out with you, 18 months ago! I exercise everyday with one of these 35 to 40 minute ones.

Thank you for these videos, I am 83 and have been quite active up to a year ago when covid made me stop. I was starting to vegetate and my body started to feel it’s age, my daughter found this for me and I’ve been doing them mon- fri every week, they are really helping and giving me a great start to the day, so thank you very much

Great full body workout, not too strenuous for an 81 year old. Waiting for knee replacement surgery so feel this is building up my strength as my mobility is impaired.

My husband joined me this week for exercising, he did the 40 min workout with me today. My left knee hurt doing some of the stretches....I injured it in 2019 while bowling (twisted it, but did make a strike, injured knee then). We enjoyed the 40 min. Workout, likedvit a lot even though my knee was hurting.

Really liked this- I like a mixture of long and short. Sometimes I dont have 40 minutes to spare but do have 5 or 10-so I can do something everyday. Starting again-if I do one of your classes every day it gets to be a habit-brilliant. Why did I stop!!!?

I am 59. Suffered a Lisfranc foot injury in November 2022. Was an avid fit hiker until this happened. Been 8 weeks now in a moon boot and starting physiotherapy soon. These videos are helping me to motivate myself to get active after feeling robbed of my fitness. Thank you

Thank you; this was the second of your well paced, and wonderfully presented, seated workouts I followed. My plan is to work up to the weighted workout and then, gradually, to a full body standing/weighted one every other day. A 30 to 40 minute time period is my preference. Helloooooo 😃I really appreciate you for taking out your time to teach " ME" ( us) how to STAY strong and vibrant. I'm new to this , possible 1.5 months into this off and on . Due to health . I agree with Sandra. I like the longer workouts for seniors. It is a well paced workout, but I felt like a had a good workout. You do a wonderful job leading these workouts.

Excellent workout. I enjoyed every minute of it. Muscles that I wasn't aware of before got their pleasant exercise. The count for each exercise was 5 or 8 or 12 so the workout was not boring and stressful. I will do this again. I thank God for you. Thank you for sharing your expertise. Good job!

thanks so much for loading. im 63 and work from home 4 out of 5 days since covid began. after spraining a lower back muscle a while back ive started following your excercises and feel so much better, the body feels more supple. excercising from my chair works for me

I had spinal surgery a year ago and I haven’t been moving much. I started exercising with you last week. I like the exercise and the rhythm, the voice and the pace, I will do this 3 times a week and see where it takes me. Thank you for making this possible for me.

Was down with Covid for some weeks so this was my first day back. How wonderful to be using my muscles again and breathing and moving. Being away for a month seems to have affected my upper body strength. I will just have to work my way back up to using the muscles in my arm with no struggle. I love your work out . first time I did the 55 minute video . love it all will be working with you e dry day I am 67 and had a stroke last year rehap got me walking . but my left side in still weaker . but with you every . I know ill be better again

Thank you for putting together this longer format video. It's a terrific workout. I like now having the option of using my playlists or alternating with a 40 minute version. 'Looking forward to a long format standing workout and one with resistance bands. I really appreciate your skill and expertise in showing us the proper way to do do the exercises. After five months of regularly following your workouts I am enjoying a level of flexibility and strength I did not think was possible in my 70's. Bravo You

I had foot surgery and had to be off R.A. meds for 7 weeks. I got a flare and my shoulder muscles became stiff. I did the boxing routine slower and assisted my arms up and out. It was so good to get them stretched out. I also stopped the video when I got tired and will do more later. When I'm fully medicated for RA these exercises are not a problem. I'm very thankful for these videos.

Thanks Mike. This felt really good. Where I live has gone back on lockdown, and the gym where I swim laps has closed again. I was getting really stiff, and this definitely helped. Longer videos are great.

Great routine Mike. I like all the videos. I usually do a warm up and then choose a few short routines but it's great to sometimes have a longer one like this. Thank you so much for all you do for us. It's wonderful to have such variety. You're a star.
