Your videos are very informative and useful. Creating right conditions for good health. Every human is unique and are differing in age, sex, genes, BMI etc. The main cause of lifestyle disorders like obesity, diabetes, hypertension etc. is Insulin Resistance. Eating without hunger, eating or drinking (other than water) multiple times in a day and that too high sugary refined foods over many years cause Insulin resistance. For Gut health, Insulin Sensitivity follow below 5 daily habits. 1. Drink one liter water immediately after waking up in the morning & go for first bowel movement. 2. After 45 minutes of brisk walk, drink one liter water again & go for second bowel movement. 3. Don’t drink water 20 minutes before eating food, while eating and until two hours after eating. 4. Avoid or reduce to minimum processed foods, junk foods, bakery foods, ice creams, stimulants like alcohol, coffee, tea etc. Eat only twice in a day when hungry & maintain the same timings. Timings, quantity of food and type of food is your choice and convenience. Nothing in between two meals except water. Other than water anything else one puts in mouth is food which requires digestion and cause sugar & insulin hike In blood. Prolonged insulin in the blood for years cause Insulin Resistance and Lifestyle Disorders. For good health eat one time cooked food and second time Natural Food (Uncooked). (Not for Diabetics) 5. Drink balance 1 to 2 litres of water between two meals in instalments. Ensure Seven hours sleep between 10 pm to 5 am, Manage Stress & Fasting once in a fortnight enhances Health & Immunity. Check and ensure five blood test parameters - D vitamin levels 60 to 80 ng/ml, B12 vitamin levels 600 to 800 pg/ml, HbA1c < 5.6%, Fasting Insulin 3 to 5 mU/L, Fasting sugar < 99 mg/dl. Morning drink - copper charged water. Workout. Pre Breakfast - 1 banana with Kali mirch powder. Breakfast - besan chila with curd. Lunch - brown rice,salad,chole, buttermilk. Evening snack - ginger lemon henoy mint leaves tea. With 5 soked almond. Dinner- 2 multigrain roti with dal and sabji before 7pm. Have jaggery after dinner. Night drink - eliachi milk.

Since you are preparing for entrance exam, your mind needs to stay active for long hours. Thus, don't eat spicy and heavy food items. Keep your diet simple, fresh, light, and nutritious. You specifically asked for fat loss. So, first thing is to stop consuming refined sugar, rice, potato, paraathaa, farsaan, fast foods, unhealthy snacks and all types of deep fried foods. For keeping peace in mind and staying focused, eat sufficient quantity of food and take short breaks for walking or taking short naps of 15 minute each. Drink 1 or 2 sip of water if you feel tired or exhausted. If water feels boring, you can try any other alternative ayurvedic drink. Size of kitchen utensils are so confusing, therefore I will use the standard measure. You can drink 20 mL of tea or coffee. But remember that your task is to completely remove refined sugar. So drink small volume of tea or coffee occassionally only, just as a refreshment drink. Don't drink tea or coffee before sleeping. Maintain and follow a good schedule. Finish your syllabus quickly and keep giving tests. Don't discuss things with students who are not passionate about studies and performance. Don't take shortcuts while preparing for the exam. Shortcuts are risky and fragile. Study should feel like meditation. Therefore, prepare yourself to help maintain peace in your body and mind. Simple living, high thinking.
