You asked, so I ate! :) This has been my most requested video and I'm so excited to share with you all what a typical full day of eating looks like for me. The purpose of this video is to show much more than my food, though. It's to share how much I eat, how frequently I eat and how much I LOVE to eat! There are many accusations out there that I am this macro counting robot who doesn't ever have a cheat meal, or never enjoys a drink. I'm here to show you that those are all FALSE! I don't even track my macros, I enjoy probably a few too many cheat meals a week and YES, I drink alcohol. Food used to be my enemy. Since overcoming my eating disorder, food is now my homie. My goal is to help improve your relationship with food as well, if you struggle like I did. :) I hope you enjoy my first Full Day of Eating video! I had so much fun filming this, and there will be many more to come. Here, you will also see a full workout and learn about all the supplements I take.

@@laurenburrow7404 I know bodybuilders generally eat one lb per body weight but I think athletes do eat more for endurance type training. But her calories are good, generally athletes eat between 2k-3k calories and mainly focused on carbs to rebuild glycogen

I 1st discovered you from the workout challenge with Nick, and when I saw that you basically whipped him up into a fine Italian cappuccino...I knew right then, and there you were, the real deal! Lol Plus, that smile is a real killer, absolutely sublime and FREAKIN contagious! And now, I just can't stop showing you off to all my male & female friends because you're absolutely captivating, resilient and immensely motivating. You’re such an inspiration! I just wanted to say a really BIG thank you for making this video Claire. I now got off Instagram and only use KZfaq to discipline myself to actually do the workout. It’s so nice to see you here and to bridge us a good relationship with food, not just to eat but to enjoy it! Claire, thanks so much for sharing! I loved this vid and will DEF be trying that protein mug cake recipe 😊 For those wondering what her total macros were for the day, I added them up and got 275 carbs, 75 fat, and 172 protein, counting the wine as carbs (carbs would be 244 without wine). Unfortunately, something seems to be off with the lunch macros. If this lunch really had 53 carbs, 5 fat, and 35 protein, the total calories should have been 397. Maybe this was a typo, but I’d say her total caloric count for this day was between 2300 & 2450.

I eat an apple bowl pretty much every day! I'll either use cottage cheese, yogurt, or steel cut oats as the base. Add the apples, cinnamon, maple syrup, flaxseeds, walnuts, and sometimes cacao nibs! It's my favorite breakfast!

Hi Claire I found your channel through Nick Symmonds and I am now a fan! I love your honesty about food and how you allow yourself to eat everything macro counting or intuitively without worrying. As someone who also had an eating disorder in the past, its great to see people in recovery and developing a wonderful relationship with food.

I'm very glad I found your channel. I have struggled with my weigh my entire life from malnutrition due to poverty to forced over indulgence by my parents. I appreciate your relativity compared to male coaches its often too easy for people to forget how self conscience people are.

I did not know that the dear Ms. Thomas has also overcome an eating disorder. It’s an exceptional blessing when an influencer, and/or person of celebrity status, reveals their hardship(s). Transparency and honesty is more helpful and encouraging to other “battlers”, than could ever begin to be discussed. KT

I loved all of this!! I've seen the protein coffee on your Instagram and have been wondering what it actually is, and now that I know, I absolutely know how I'll be having my morning (and afternoon) coffee. I'm a vegetarian and struggle to meet (meat? lol) my protein goals every day, so this is fantastic. And the cottage cheese and apples?! Yes please; I'll definitely be trying that. I don’t know where I was told that you need to get 90% of your protein from whole foods & limit protein concentrate to 1x per day...but! I’m very interested in seeing your finished product and hearing about costs if you’re willing to share. Also, where will you be “living”? Surprisingly few vegetables and a lot of deserts! I guess with that much muscle mass all the calories get utilized... It is nice to see a fitness person not obsessed with kale or avoiding carbs. :)

CLAIRE! Love, LOVE your content...and your enthusiasm is absolutely CONTAGIOUS! Two quick questions: 1) I'm not a big fan of rice cakes. (Sorry! I know for many that is heresy!). Would it be reasonable to make the English Muffins and Tortilla wraps interchangeable between breakfast, lunch and dinner? 2) How does your current diet differ from what you followed as a (Heptathlete?) in College?
