Lack of consistency - inconsistent training or frequently changing routines 3. Improper training - not using correct techniques , overtraining or undertaking can also lack muscle growth 4. inadequate rest and recovery - muscles need time to recover and grow after workouts , lack of sleep and poor recovery can also prevent muscles from growing 5. genetics 6. Age and hormonal changes 7. Logo ka patient bohot kaam h.. bodybuilding takes time. And jitna result apko early stage pe dikhega at the age of 20, wo bohot zayda hogi than at an age of 30s. If you can control your craving, do slow and correct reps definitely you will see results.. Just imagine Rohit k pass to itna paisa h but still wo daily ghar ka same khana khata h, dal chawal.. he can eat any thing of his choice but no, he will not. Thats how we should maintain our daily eating habits. Aaj nhi to kal body baan jayegi. Bus lage raho.

Your diet has 250+ grams of protein with 5 meals😮 here is my simple 4 meals plan Breakfast A shake consisting of 500ml milk whole‚2 tbsp peanut butter‚one banana‚whey protein one scoop and 50gms of oats around 1000 calories & 60 grams of protein &easy to prepare Lunch: 300gms white rice and 300gms of chicken breast which gives around 90gms of protein and over 900 calories Dont need to overcomplicate and just repeat the meals which gives you around 250 gms of protein and over 3800 calories for the day easily😊

Galat position me exercise karna. 4). Proper protein intake na lena. 5). Apni exercise ki according body ko rest nahi dena (less sleep). Agar isme kuch Kami ho to aap bata Dena next video me. 💪💪💪💪💪
