Your diet has 250+ grams of protein with 5 meals😮 here is my simple 4 meals plan Breakfast A shake consisting of 500ml milk whole‚2 tbsp peanut butter‚one banana‚whey protein one scoop and 50gms of oats around 1000 calories & 60 grams of protein &easy to prepare Lunch: 300gms white rice and 300gms of chicken breast which gives around 90gms of protein and over 900 calories Dont need to overcomplicate and just repeat the meals which gives you around 250 gms of protein and over 3800 calories for the day easily😊
