Here in the US, a septic tank is usually installed in ruiral areas where there is no community drainage. Please explain.

3 Work Order!, The first Day Order full Manhol. By the Drain search the first Problem , then Soup run not down , but Wet's and Korn to see. To long Work Time, then run the Soup down. It's not a Manhol, it's a self building.!!! The next Work Similar "clear" Workplace much Mud lay round! By the next Work a Deep Manhol out the Drain come Black Soup with much Mud from Different Sort. Clear with Presswater. Then Camera Picture, the have not good Quality. 🤨
