The eggs should be last (not first), to be cooked because by the time you cook your tomatoes, beans AND sausages, the eggs will be cold!

I'd cook sausages 1st followed by tomatos, beans, eggs then toast. An awful lot of components seem to be missing. Not a complete full English without mushroooms, bacon, hash browns/bubble & squeak, black pudding
