I've come to realize that a significant percentage of our population would greatly benefit from a long-period of abstinence. I've been single and abstinent from sex for 5+ years now. I've achieved a lot in my career and have had very little stress in my romantic life. Trust me guys, it's is not that bad. You definitely gain a lot more than you lose. Being a slave to your desire will derail your life.
