My father in law was 28yrs old when he met his 2nd wife, she was 25 yrs older then him, she was 53. They stayed married till she died at the age of 100yrs old, she died weeks before her 101st bday. He never ever was disloyal to her, he loved her, cherished her, and took such great care of her until her death, and sadly till this day, it has been a few years since she passed, he misses her terribly, he spent his his life completely devoted to her. Luckily for me, I have been married to my 1st and only husband for 25 yrs. He is every bit as loving, adoring and faithful as his father was to his wife. I couldn’t have been luckier to find a man like my husband. I met him when I just turned 21. He was 29. Today I am 47 and he will be turning 56 and not a day goes by that I make sure I tell him I love him when I wake up, when he calls me from work, and before we go to sleep. That’s love. This woman wanted to conform him to what she wanted and realistically she should’ve met a man her own age. Honestly, they both got what they deserved with this ridiculous relationship!

As mature and experienced as an older person is I feel like when single or after a divorce they tend to take more relationship chances and move quickly which may be due to age and the feeling of a lack of time. Age disparity relationships can work, there are differences between the generations and they need to be complimentary. Basically, you have to have a lot in common and generally be moving in the same direction. If someone is mid 20's to early 30's, they are going to change.
