No not the '90s at least not the early '90s, in the early '90s we were made to look like vampires! You were supposed to have the darkest lip and the plalest face and absolutely no blush or contour! I cannot wear dark lipstick, especially when it was supposed to be the most prominent part, because I look like the joker from Batman if I do a very obvious lip, the '90s were my enemy!

More than 10/15 years ago. I went to secondary school in the late 90s/early 00s and girls would wear their make up like this, only difference would be the eyebrows (pale and thin brows were in).
