I'm not entirely against this, it's prizedighting and takes multiple consenting parties, etc. But a bit of a real handicap in skill and some in weight/ateength/speed would be good. Something like a better, faster female fighter that's 5-10 pounds heavier at weigh in and 10-20 heavier, walking would make more sense to me. As long as the girl fighter is not notably slower and is technically somewhat better.
