Your hair is coming along but I would do you a disservice if I don’t tell you that putting rinse out conditioners, hair treatments and masks is terrible for your scalp. I noticed that you rubbed them into your scalp as you would shampoo. This can cause scalp issues. These should only be used on the hair and not the scalp. I look forward to seeing your progress. ❤️

Your hair has grown soo much, keep up the great work! Rosemary water definitely is 🔑 that’s my sign to make some because I literally saved a video that popped up on my page out of no where lol.Here’s a couple more tips..! •always deep condition your hair, I personally like to use a steamer on my hair wash days because it’s so beneficial. Helps add moisture, hair growth, blood flow etc. (Amazon has them like a facial steamer) •Once you rinse out your conditioner use cool water because it will help close your pores and lock in that moister. •As long as you have split ins (lots of them, because split ends will come but it’s ways to help them not split as much) your hair will never really fully be able to flourish because the splits are literally going to continue to split up the hair shaft and in the end it’s just going to cause more damage. So honestly 2 choices cut them all off at once (yes it maybe hard) or get your ends cut way more then often so that you can get them off faster. Good luck on the rest of your journey! 💋

When you’re taking out your quick weave braids before that saturate your hair with your rosemary water and some conditioner or oil and then take out your braids. It makes it much easier and you get less breakage from taking down braids and retain more Length. Love you ❤
