The lack of form really shows. Most guys just muscled through the lighter weights (all arms) and paid the price at heavier weight.

I appreciate the effort... But why on earth do they ever try again after they fail?! Honestly its so pointless.. if u jave just taxed yourself and failed putting all that stress on your body u will never do it if u try a second time 🤦 not with a deadlift.
