Very happy to see discutions going this way. From my experience in African countries would I like to drop the following comments: To ad to previous comments on playing the victum I totaly agree but would like to add. *We as Africans need to be honest obout our own past *We need to take stock and see what we lack just to stand up from our current position and start to get into the global market. *We need to know that if we want to be competitave we have to play the game according to the rules of the main stream. 1. We need to develope and structure our values before eben loocking at educating knowlage at schools . 2. We need to restructure and educate the whole technical educational system and workforce rather than training more engineers. 3.We need to put regulations in place that no raw materials are allowed to leve our countries. Manufacturing together with skills and other training should be to the advantae of our own people that will later evolve into selve development and empowerment. The taxpayers of our countries need to find a way to govern the government and have access to lawmaking and policies. Thanks
