This was such an entertaining and informative tour, thanks to Danilo! He's so enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and it's fun how he alternated between the American and British accents. 😂 35:06 "Located DEAD center in the town." 😆 Interesting to know the Southernmost Point area was the original cemetery, and now it's a popular tourist spot! Great tour, Action Kid. I think every new place you go to, if there's a tour available, you should take it and share it with us. I really liked this. I notice Key West has a strong Caribbean feel to it with a drop of New Orleans. That's what I felt watching this. Very interesting. I love those big historic houses and the bright beautiful colors. Born and raised in Key West, my dad was once a partner in the Conch Tour Train, I could ride the train for free. Later I grew older and drove the train 🚂 for several years. Now you must have at least a BS degree to work as a driver for the train. Great memories! But Key West was a better place to be back in the day! I don’t go there often, the people that bought up all of the conch homes made it harder for families to live on the island 😢

My parents took me on the tour back in 1958 or 1959. Of course a lot has changed but I do remember the tour guide did not speak at a 1,000-words-a-minute clip. I liked the tour ...but not the tour guide. Not at all.
