Wish every future video had those angles and replays plus Adam as well. It's only at table level we could see how FAST FZD's forehand goes. Filus's done his best, defending most of the time coz FAN can always setup loops and drives, serving or not. That's complete TT control. @ 12:12 Killing that wonderful bent chop, convincingly world No. 1.

Filus was star-struck and defensive all the way. He had a few moments of excellent returns, then reverted to playing in defense. I think it was more of mental limitation. You can't play a predictive, defensive game against a furious world champion.

His game is a mix of defense and attack, he normally starts chopping until the opponent returns a weak ball (unless it's his 3rd ball attack), but againts Fan is very difficult to swap from being defensive to offensive since he's so good at returning chops, and his attacks are not slow loops, they are vicious top spins.

The Chinese are often framed as "robotic" but their versatility really shines when playing a pips defender. They are never confused about the incoming spin, are always ready for the counterattack, have the athleticism to endure a topspin-backspin rally and eventually exploit the distances the defender has to cover or their weakness in a fast exchange.

Filus의 팬으로서 FZD의 날카로운 창에 찔리는 모습을 보니 안타까운 마음입니다. FZD에 이기려면 그의 플레이 스타일을 바꿔야 할 것처럼 보입니다. Filus의 공격력이 좋지만, FZD의 공격력은 이미 세계 최고 수준이기에 공격으로 이기기 어려워 보입니다. 수비 기술 보완이 필요해보입니다.

А много сейчас защитников в первой двадцатке? Если ты не уникум как Ю Си Хьюк, то твой удел это максимум чемпионат своей страны. Защитный стиль давно признан не перспективным. Я бы сказал местечковым. Но люди имеют разную нервную систему и предпочтения, поэтому и играют или в атаке или в защите. Тут ничего не поделаешь. Филумениста играет в защите и дошёл до 21 ранка, а если бы его ломали на атакующего, то не вышел бы может и за пределы своей Нижней Саксонии передней Померании 😂

Pointless to even play this game. Filus should have forfeited in order to save energy. There is nobody in the hall who thought for a second that Filus has a chance to win, including the German team.

If Fulis was going to have any chance against Fan he would need to take advantage of Fan's mistakes and Fulis did nothing to cause the Chinese player to make any . Fulis is good at what he does but he lacks enough variation in his chopping strokes , to trouble the fluid and powerful game if his opponent . The man just never had the world #1 guessing at any time .

No he has no chance, he didn’t even know where to place the ball, there is no control in his game, his basic skills are not proficient his chopping aren’t world class as well and he is long way behind top Chinese level

What a stupid thing to say. That game has taken Filus to position 21 on the world rankning, even if it's not enough to beat Fan.... there's is no shame in that. Filus is still a great player.... I recon he'll beat you with his "stupid" game.........

@@madiu8 谢谢我会的，至少我愿意我为我的国家呐喊助威，我就搞不明白了，充满热血沸腾的体育运动，我都不知到你有没有到现场看过比赛，世界各地的人都为自己的国家加油助威是到你这是水准差？有的”人“给洋大人当狗当了一辈子了，叫的时候都想着我会不会吵吵到洋大人了，先不说观众的加油助威，找你这么说是不是赢球的时候不该庆祝啊，对手看到这样耀武扬威的，心态会不好阿，在边上看的队友也别站起来加油鼓掌呐喊了。我的建议是有的人当狗当习惯了就是好好的安静看比赛，洋大人主人都没说话呢，狗倒是叫起来了。
