People today don’t believe it, but there was a time when airline travel was a pleasant experience like fine dining. Pilots, stewardesses, and even the ticket attendants treated travelers like guests with proper respect. If any employee spoke to a passenger in a way that caused a complaint, they were grounded and never worked again. Then government got involved…

I submitted the identity theft question and thought I would provide an update. I was able to contact the bank a day after we found out the fraudulent checking account was opened. The funds were refunded and my girlfriend has new account numbers. Her credit card was used in Minneapolis, about a 3-hour drive from where we live. The charges were declined. I'm guessing the card was cloned since she has the physical credit card. Finally, the local police department was able to trace the IP address to somewhere in Indonesia. The best guess is that her information was obtained from the AT&T data breach since she had AT&T for years. Thanks for reading my question submission. I hope the information is useful.

@@GeneralPublic0000 she found out when the credit union called her thanking her for opening a new account, which she didn’t. We were able to freeze the account because it had only been a few hours since the account was opened.

As a young man, I tried many of these MLMs. They are a pure joke for most people. As Clark said, it’s a game of chance. It’s such a ripoff.

I always wanted to be an entrepreneur. As a young man both of my uncles won my Dad’s side were business owners & they have a hugh impact on me as did the first entrepreneur I worked for. At 29 I started my own company and never looked back. I am now 66 & recently retired. Hoping my children do the same

Congratulations on a long and successful entrepreneurial career. Our paths are similar. I bought into my first business at age 26 and have been a serial entrepreneur since (am now 68). I tried to retire at 61 but remarried and I don’t want to drive my wife crazy lol. Enjoy your retirement because you’ve earned it.

TSA pre check is only $95 for 4 years. A lot of credit cards will pay for TSA and/or Clear.

In the 1990s/2000s people were buying into those Turn Key franchise businesses..most of the buyers didn't have a clue about the business except being a customer.

Boy am I sorry I clicked on the Clark Howard daily newsletter for car insurance info. I didn’t even finish the inquiry and I’ve already received 15 emails & phone calls in total, so far). Didn’t think Clark would allow such tactic. As I said, I bailed on the form before finishing it.

That is an advertisement for car insurance quotes. Don't click it. 💚
