It’s super easy to do. Good peace of mind and zero cost. I dont need to pay for a credit protection subscription. With my account frozen no one can access it except me.

I have had Connect for many years. You didn’t mention the towing service that is offered at no cost. Saves me having to buy a AAA membership. We have used it many times to get a jump, and tow. When one of our cars was totaled while parked….they were quick to help. My coverage included a rental and they followed thru no problem. I have zero complaints. We are in California where many providers are dropping customers and not renewing.

Christa is a real charmer. I immediately liked her voice when I first heard it on the podcasts years ago. Now, I can see that she's actually beautiful, too.

I got my homeowners insurance with Connect through Costco. It was the best rate and coverage I could find. They weren’t the best for auto, even bundling.

I keep a list of shows I want to stream. I wait until the entire season is available, then subscribe to the streaming channel. I then binge watch all the episodes and cancel the service. I save lots of money doing that.

So we do NOT need to keep any mortgage/refi/house sale info once the home is sold.... - correct? I have a house that we sold in 2020 with 2 refi's and I still have ALL of that homes info (original purchase, refi's, and final sale) in my filing cabinet.

Why don't people have printers at home? Everyone I know use them on a regular basis
@sharontabor771818 сағат бұрын
Nope. I have a printer and rarely print a doc. One cartridge of ink is more expensive than the printer.

You should keep any paid loan statements. When you pay off your mortgage, make sure the bank/mortgage company cancels the Deed of Trust/ Mortgage with the appropriate county it is recorded in. Sometimes that important document doesn’t get cancelled

I use Staples printing service. 22 cents per copy. So much cheaper than throwing away dried up ink after 2 copies. I only make 1 copy a year on average.

Am I really the only one who likes this video? Maybe it's early but it's too telling of the audience already and their apparent priorities. Physical health is infintetly more important than financial health or your career. It doesn't even come close. Good health is essential to a good and enjoyable life, and it cannot be replaced by a promotion, raise, bonus or a "hot deal." It's a tragedy seeing people who are overweight as a byproduct of their careers and lifestyles. Nevermind the fools that say there's no better or worse lifestyle. They themselves are practicing a poor way of life by rationalizing not even walking 10-15 minutes per day. You don't need to be an athlete, to be healthy although it's admirable if you are. This goes double if you live in Florida or Southern California where the weather is nice year round and you spend all day indoors on your rear end. What a waste of real estate.
