Unfortunately not, I will stay that the newest version is truly going to take a bit, as BSG has switched up how questing and a few other key features was written.

Regular SPT definitely should spawn keys. If those don't spawn for you, something is wrong. I verified with another mod which changes the loot spawn to always populate every single loot spawn location (called equal loot), and there are keys there.

I find keys, yes. But not to the extent that I did on live. I can't even find the most common keys in SPT that are required for quests.

So in post fx, if you turn brightness up, it makes flashlights brighter, making seeing through them harder, so might want to adjust that if you care

Great video Gamer! I use pretty much the same mods in my SPT as you, but I do not use Questing Bots for a reason. I tried using it once and it broke my own quests, in particular the "plant an MS2000 marker on something" quests. After adding Questing Bots, I would plant a marker, the countdown would count down, but I wouldn't get credit for the marker being planted.

I think that’s actually the game that does that. Sometimes it’ll be bugged and won’t give you the notification but it still counts as a plant

you could do those quests by planting down all the markers, and if it doesn't complete, you could use the profile editor and complete those quests

I eventually just installed the Back Door Bandit mod to shoot open doors. I got so tired of being locked out of quests due to keys just not spawning for the doors that I needed.

@@gamervisuals Correct. The mod's default configuration is that it only works with specially frangible shotgun shells since that minimizes risk of injury due to ricochet (most realistic). However, you can go into the mod's config and enable it to work with all weapons and calibers (also realistic, just more risky). Some doors may need multiple shots to open, and that's fine. I keep a pistol on me due to risk of malfunction and also to pop open doors that block my way. Keys do not balance the game whatsoever, and the quest soft-locks only serve to hamper the player experience.

Hey, great video, just to tell, if you notice some stutter on bot spawn (when you kill on AI for example) you should disable NVidia reflex.

Man I commented on one your Season 1 videos a while ago, at the time I had a really bad laptop and just last week was able to pick up my new PC so I figured I'd give SPT a go again, and Tarkov launched normally really well and played smooth so I will be following your mod list and then going through and binging your series on Season 2 while I play myself!

I was wondering, have you patch your luncher with the patcher? I didnt and My game start crashing past lvl 21 (mainly in reserve) cant finish a raid and the patcher dont work cause of a currupt file in it, is it a trouble with reserve or its my game ? From the start of the video I can say that i have been running something similar for a while, minus questinf bots duo to performance. I could recommend Realism(just been updates less than 24 hours ago). It has a built in feature like the algoritmic progression, but what I love it gor is the recoil changes. But I'm sure you have already heard about this mod

it’s neither you have to own a real copy of tarkov and this is a 3rd party mod that you use to play tarkov offline with progression but you can’t have real tark open while using the modded version could risk a ban

Thanks for the guide to the mods! I'm having a huge issue with performance on my system however. I tried the same settings you use, also at 1440p with an RTX 3080, Ryzen 5800X and 32GB of RAM installed but I can barely hit above 40-50 FPS, sometimes crashing down into the 30's, even on maps like ground zero. What could I be doing wrong?

For PostFX part, i can understand how tarkov's graphics are dark and not really colorful, but mostly not beautiful, but that's not an happy game, that's not minecraft nor fortnite. The game is based on a serious gameplay that makes you stress, you're deployed in a zone: no sfx, no music, no hud (almost none), you're just in a place, and most of all, danger can be everywhere. so maybe live tarkov's graphics style are not made on purpose but if it's the case, it's really smart.

The graphics are made like that on purpose. They want the game to feel dark and dreary. I just prefer it to be colored brighter because it looks better in recordings and in an already "stressful" game, it helps just a little bit, lol

Yeah, i agree with you that the gameplay has a better looking with these settings and i've done the same for my spt save, it's sure that it makes a clear atmosphere, that can really help, in closed areas like bunker in reserve that can be an anxious part of the map

Ram doesnt matter he says , my old rig really struggled with 8GB upgraded to 16GB and doubled fps that was well over a year ago so if your running 8GB then yes ram does matter . Nice video thanks.

I get asked this a lot and for sure they’re still challenging and at times can even be a bit unfair (which is fine because it simulates a real player that’s just way better than you)

I think the AI bots are great. As OP said the are challenging and sometimes cracked, sometimes exhibit strange behaviors, but they flank, retreat, lay low, and maintain a similar sense of danger as you play.

I have this setting enabled, essentially what it means is when you load into the raid in the bottom, right hand corner, and yellow writing, it tells you what scenario was picked for the raid

I can’t believe how good the graphics mod looks. It legit makes interiors look 10x better. How come the devs can’t achieve this look in the real game? Baffles me a modder can do better than actual paid developers.

The game has looked that good before but people whined about reshade so that got removed. Then they whined about people changing gamma so they just put a nasty grey fog filter over everything. I'm pretty sure the sbih quests used to be a much longer distance before the fog.

The funniest thing about SPT to me is how odd the AI becomes when you play for longer periods of time. I remember when i made my new profile i had to be wary of all pmcs scavs and bosses but after a few weeks the ai seemed to be completely confused and just not shoot me or just pile on top of eachother and sit waiting for me. And not even occasionally but more increasingly with each raid i played. Dunno if its the mods or the game itself shitting itself

SAIN is wild. I went in to factory with no gear to test something (thinking I had AI off, didn't). Heard a pmc, called for cease fire (to see what happened). It wiggled at me a few times til I wiggled back and then shot me 😅 cracked me up

I use SVM to modify one round in each caliber such that it has enough damage to one-hit thorax, and then I self-impose that I can only use that round on bolties :p The way I did it is 7,62x51 M993 can one-hit PMCs and scavs up to 250-ish meters (I think it was 102 damage or something like that), 7,62x54 BS can one-hit raiders and rogues up to 250-ish meters (125-ish damage if I'm not mistaken) and .338 AP can one-hit anyhting (260 dmg) Edit: I also make 5,45 Igolnik, 5,56 SSA AP, and 7,62x39 MAI AP have more damage (same logic as before, but with headshots, Igolnik = 42 dmg, SSA AP = 55 dmg and MAI AP = 60 dmg), and restrict those to only be shot by the semi-auto guns of those calibers

Try redownloading the mod and marking sure you actually extracted the files with 7zip

redownload and make sure that you have the latest version and the required mods that go with it. I believe you need waypoints and big brain for it to work properly

If you place SAIN after Donuts in your load order doesn't the SAIN bot settings override the Donuts settings?

I'm not sure. I just know my donuts settings work because it DRASTICALLY changes raids when I played around with the different scenarios in testing

SAIN changes the behavior of the AI, DONUTs only populates it. (choosing which brain goes where, and how many AI).

Fyi, you have ai limiting enabled, but you have it disabled for all the maps so its actually disabled. Might want to try enabling all maps and seeing if your fps improves?

thanks for this sadly it was too late these setting make the game to easy since i've been playing a version were bots would spawn on me forever was horrible but apparently it made me better at the game so i had to put sains on i like pain i wouldn't recommend death wish to anyone unless you like having a 0% survival rate

Hey Wanna let you know there is a mod to set the key spawns to about normal. You even could tweak it as you want. I love it Not sure about the name but the guys in the discord general support channel can tell you in a second

that mod relies on those other mods so make sure they're installed correctly

Great video, but everyone says this game is ram heavy and you said the opposite. I increased to 32 gigas and the chance was so noticeable. Sure cpu and gpu matter, but since tarkov is so poorly optimized and ram hungry, maybe you should double check this info. Thanks for the video.

I've been playing with everything on normal in my Donuts mod. sitting at 72 S.R. with 15 kd and 22 mill. I'm defiantly going to try the hard pmcs and as online bosses, didn't even know i could change the difficulty! Thanks for that tip

I’m using the same swag donut settings as you, but I went to the config files and turned boss spawn chances down. I still get shit on by the goons almost every time I spawn into customs, does this happen to you too? (I set their spawn chance to 10%)

When launching into a raid, hit the “settings” button up top. Turn off bosses every other raid at least? I had to do that to get thru the customs quests…

I can sort of “guide” you guys in the right direction but i can’t show you as far as i know. I get empty raids from swag-donut . Not sure i put the files in the right place . Swag went into the user mod folder,and donuts went into beplnEx folder. Now when I hit f12 I get a beplnEx drop as well. Not shots ever fired btw either. Gotta be set up wrong and Ive no clue how to fix ( old fart here). Now when I remove those mods and just run SVM, action from the spawn. Firefights everywhere. At a lose here. edit: running 3.71 version spt and swag donuts to for that version donuts is 1.33

the mod updated its presets, just click f6, choose your preset u'r (want) using, and hit save, so the new preset gets loaded not the old one

I dont understand i have ryzen 5 / 3060ti rtx and 32gb of ram and almost all the settings off with medium texture and low shadows and i have lile 30-40 fps on street , reserve as well custom is pretty much the only map where i can run 60 and more fps but its only with spt , with normal tarkov i have like 90- 110 fps on custom

With the same settings, but with bots enabled, I have 25-40 fps on the streets of Tarkov. PC Specifications: 3060 ti, i713700kf, 64 GB RAM. The screen resolution is 1920x1080
