It's mainly to prevent situations where the orders are abused for different advantages or just to create trouble. There needs to be something actionable there for it to come up, far to many divorce and custody situations involve false accusations being made entirely to try to shift the situation in the favor of the side making them. And there's issues with other things of people getting restraining orders entirely to screw someone else over in other ways. Yes, there are major issues, but just feeling unsafe isn't something that qualifies there for it.

I respect how she tried to work with them (Idk if I could do that!), but I respect her going the legal route even more. Having to move to a different State to stay safe didnt work..They already saw one of her posts and reacted badly. I wouldn't feel safe posting any updates anywhere! My god, Kim is a literal sociopath. This story enraged me so bad that my blood pressure feels like it dangerously spiked. I'm so happy that OP took every prevention that she could because these people would steal her kids the first chance they got. I would bet money that Kim would use the law and false allegations to convince the court that OP is unfit. If the harassment is this bad now, I can't even imagine what it will be once the babies are born. Absolutely disgusting and Kim's mom is just as bad. To even suggest that OP separate her kids so that Kim could be a mother is literally insane. OP made all the right moves and hopefully the court will take into consideration the charges against Kim, especially the child endangerment. Kim has no ability to regulate her emotions at all and is a huge risk to OP and her children.

Bio dad ALWAYS has rights to baby, regardless. UNLESS HE'S proven to be a danger to baby. Well...sometimes not even then. But, biological dads are parents too and have the exact same rights as biological moms. ❤

I don’t blame her from moving to another state. Technically she doesn’t have to court to get custody. She already has custody. If she wants child support she would have to & the judge can order a dna test. His wife has lost her mind telling everyone their having twins. She’s not. U r carrying those babies. Did most of you not hear “second story” after the first one ended and before the second one started? Also I hope that woman and her twins are safely away from their father and his crazy wife. Both of them are way too toxic to be around her and her kids. Second story. I don’t kink shame. One time I was in an argument with a bunch of people on a Facebook post. One of the guys arguing with me and calling me names ended up messaging me and few days later and asking me if I was as open minded and nonjudgmental as I seemed. I said yes. He asked if I could keep a secret. I said yes. Then he confessed to me that he was a cross dresser but it only involved women’s lingerie. He sent pics and confessed all kinds of stuff. I was not into it but I let him say and show what he needed. I was the only person who knew besides him. But I don’t think he should be kept from his kids for this. Even cheaters still get their kids. If he isn’t a pedo or dangerous or neglectful then he shouldn’t be kept from his kids or grandkids.

The author hasn’t updated the first story since it “ended” so the channel put it as it ended: in a confusing and not complete way. The story is interesting and that’s why they put it into the video, not because it was incomplete and they wanted to scam people. Yes, it is that hard to include an ending that does not exist.
