This is an old and known story and had a nice update. Basically after OP got the house all set up, he had a Christmas party and all the family made the trip over and marveled at how nice it was to gather at his house and see the camper too. Parents and brother couple tried to crash the party but the whole family rejected their BS and tossed them out. Afterward, many relatives slept over due to drunkenness and some slept in the camper. Whole family agreed this was a great get together and thought maybe this could be a traditional get together. Also, something something Ray Charles Christmas CD.

I remember listening to this story and there was some updates from the OP. If I remember correctly after some time they find out the the sister in law was cheating and some of the kids wasn't Dan's. Honestly can't remember too much, it has been quite some time since I read it.
