Most people who do talk about it are unqualified and just very passionately share their negative experiences, and others might think that they need to do the same, cut off everyone for the smallest slight. That is not healthy and I've been the victim of that as well, so I talk from experience. I realized my radical thinking was influenced by others and unnecessary in my situation.
