Tennis Elbow is a common injury that I didn't know to be so common until I started dealing with the injury. I didn't get treatment done until 5-6 weeks of dealing with this injury hoping it would go away quickly. It didn't so I went to get some help from at ASR Sports Medicine.

I can relate, I've been having this pain on my elbow for quite some time now, and it makes it a bit difficult for me when doing triceps or bench press. Thanks for the tips and sharing. I'll do some of this on my own...😊 💪🏾👍🏽

Sending positive energy for your healing! I hope with your next therapist that better sanitary measures are insisted upon: any professional touching patient's skin should always guard against transfer of bacteria (refrain from touching their own skin/hair/instruments then touching the patient's skin). Good job with the instructional purpose of this video, esp. breaking down the industry jargon (ex: dry needling, sticky)! I also appreciate how you continued to direct the conversation back to the PROFESSIONAL reason for your interaction every time she diverted to self-promotion. Thank you for your high quality content. ❤

I think that treatment is called EMG. I had to get it after a car accident. They stuck me well over 100 different places in my thighs, arms, hands, fingertips, etc. I almost passes out due to pain and the constant needle stabs.
