Completely understand his mentality about the PE teacher trainer comments. Big difference between a person who's studied boxing for 10 years and someone who's boxed for 10 years no comparison. This is just magnificent and I am not ashamed to say I had a tear in my eye. This guy has shaped my life and taught me how to behave more than anybody else. I get told I am too moralistic etc etc etc and I do not care. Recently my elderly next door neighbour was rushed to hospital, leaving her husband alone who is very elderly, I looked out the window watching the ambulance take her away and knew then I had to do the right thing and go and see him. I did and telephoned many family members to inform them what had happened and comforted him, sadly she passed away, however he told me he will be forever grateful that I was there. Chris has shaped my mind and brain to do the right thing at all times. What a man Chris Eubank Sr is, the absolute epitome of greatness, class, honour, respect and legacy. A Jamaican immigrant/a descendant who fully embraced England as a country, our culture, our language and our society as a whole. Immigrants/descendants of them nowadays could learn a lot from this man. All we hear now from them is whining and crying about our country and culture yet choosing to live here specifically. Particularly immigrants of a certain religion with a certain prophet who married a 6 year old, yet they have the gall to criticise our culture.

It wasn’t until after my dad died that I realised he talked a lot of sense. I didn’t want to listen then but I learnt the hard way. The truth will set you free indeed. Big up my Jamaican brother and fellow Englishman Chris Eubank snr. I’ll never forget those Saturday nights in the 90s. That was the real drama show. Modern day gladiators those 3 were.

Many many years ago I was working security in The Landmark Hotel London where he was staying and he was an absolute gent! Spent a good half hr talking to me about his family and took a real interest in want to know all about mine! In 30mins this man educated me about life & the importance of family … this man left a life long mark on me! Funny thing is I never liked him when he was in his full boxing prime & was a Benn fan, how wrong I was! I told him this & apologised profusely at the end of our wonderful conversation. What a man he is!!!!

In the world we're living in now, the fact that a man born to Jamaican parents who chose to personify the Queen in speech, in dress and in mannerisms only to be ridiculed is to be admired. I'm not a royalist by any stretch, but the fact he's always tried to uphold the values he learnt from the royals is oddly beautiful.

The points he made about his son were valid. Finally Chris highlight of his life was meeting Queen Elizabeth. Endorsing his life as a gentleman. Speaking the Queens English impeccably. A great role model for youngsters from Jamaica to aspire too. What a fabulous guy Chris is .❤❤❤

Eubank was one of the only fighers in the 90s, that could grab everyones attention in the pubs and working mans clubs on TV at 9 or 10 o'clock on a Saturday night. He had a huge following and is a legendary fighter. I never saw or heard anything but respect and fans following him from all walks of life. We've not seen anything like him since as the all round package. Naz was another who had almost the same level of support, a great showman, but Eubank had it all. Of course there is Hatton, and he was magnificent, and whilst a great character, wasnt a showman of the ring like Eubank and Naz.
