Does banding the incline press increase hypertrophy for chest?

Kassem from n1 said the reverse banding on incline press is useless because of stability from the ribcage. Is that true?

Terrence definitely looks bigger than last year, chest and back particularly, but he’ll do well to get to ‘stage lean’ in 3 weeks. But this could have been filmed 6-8 weeks out, who knows! Great video as always 🙏

Hey I was wondering does Terrance ever work abs or is that from shredding and doing abs periodically because I know Bodybuilders don't want big abs especially near an event.

What about Terrance’s actual form - it really impresses how massive and dense he is. Also we ain’t likely to see such a massive athlete with absolutely no bubble belly, I think it is a huge advantage nowadays. Speaking of further directions I would probably focus on hamstrings development.

Why are you Doing Both An incline Smith bench and an incline chest press machine?

The low incline is really more for “overall chest”. A lot of demands on pecs as a whole. The high incline is for Delts and a bit of “upper chest”
